FOCUS ON CHRISTIAN LE SQUER

AFTER 12 YEARS OF LOYAL SERVICE AT LEDOYEN, THE BRETON CHEF CHRISTIAN LE SQUER, AWARDED THREE STARS BY THE MICHELIN GUIDE, HAS SINCE 2014 SETTLED AT LE CINQ RESTARUANT, IN THE HEART OF THE GEORGE V PALACE IN PARIS.

In his cooking, Christian Le Squer strives to promote the French art de vivre, forever influenced by his Breton origins.

Recently elected as best chef of the year 2016 by le Chef Magazine, Christian Le Squer remains part of the scene.

Always searching for new flavors, the chef is regularly travelling, with a particular affinity for Asia, where he hopes to develop new concepts based on a hybrid of these two cultures.

Refusing to spend his whole life in the kitchen, this emerging chef has several other projects in the pipeline, including his upcoming book « Parcours d’un grand Chef et son avenir » (« Journey of a great chef and his future)
