Focus on GUILLAUME GOMEZ AN EXTRAORDINARY JOURNEY during Chef 's World Summit 2016

Guillaume Gomez found himself in presidential kitchens from the age of 19, for the fulfillment of his military service.

In 2004, at the tender age of 25, he obtained the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and became the youngest chef to win this prestigious award.

Then, in 2012, he created the Association Chefs of the Republic which encompassed chefs from prestigious places, such as, the palace of l'Élysée, Matignon, the National Assembly, and the Senate. The same year, the chef also received insignia of the Knight of the National Order of Merit, awarded by former president of the French Republic.

gomez    Since 2013, he is the chef that manages the team at the palace of l'Élysée!

In performing his duties, he has to constantly adapt to different demands, with strict time constraints, as well as the need to re-invent himself and his cuisine, in order to satisfy the highest echelons of executive power and their distinguished guests.
