Herby Belgian Gin

Food matching: Belgian gin such as Filliers Flemish gin with ginger beer

INGREDIENTS

Belgian gin
Ginger lemonade
Lavender
Sage
Mint
Lutosa Herby Diced Potatoes
Sprat fillets
Skewers
Vandemoortele sunflower oil
Sea salt


PREPARATION

Cook the Lutosa Herby Diced Potatoes in the oven. Make a little bunch
of herbs to use as a stirrer. Pour 1/3 of the gin into a tall glass with ice.
Add 2/3 of the ginger lemonade. Sprinkle with some lavender petals.
Place the Lutosa Herby Diced Potatoes and sprat fillets alternately on
a skewer. Place the skewer on the rim of the glass containing the gin.
