Mascarpone with Strawberry , Bruno Elsier


strawberries, mascarpone, vanilla sugar, sugar, Cointreau, lemon juice, mint and lemon zest


Wash strawberries and cut into small pieces,

shred the mint, mix both with vanilla sugar,

Cointreau and fresh lemon juice. Let it macerate.

Mix mascarpone cheese finely with strawberries and other small fruits and sugar

Put strawberries in a glass without the gravy, add mascarpone and top with even more strawberries without the gravy.

Finish with lemon zest and a leaf of fresh mint.


Divide the remaining juice  into champagne flutes and dilute with champagne.

Decorate each glass with a strawberry and a leaf of mint.
